CONDITIONING

Its great to be the most talented and skillful player in your team, but without any overall fitness you may as well stay at home. Our Strength and Conditioning classes have two primary goals. The first is to improve athletic performance, which usually means improving an athletes' speed, strength,and power (although specifics vary according to athlete and sport). Our second major goal is to reduce athletic injuries, by training correctly. BOOK HERE

Using lateral exercises, coupled with K-Bands, we are working hard to prevent injury in our athletes, whilst building muscle.
